MetaMask® Login*

log in to your MetaMask account, follow these steps:

1. Open Your Browser: Launch your web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, or Brave).
2. Visit the MetaMask Website: Navigate to the official MetaMask website: MetaMask.
3. Install MetaMask Extension (if not installed):
   • If you haven't installed MetaMask yet, click on "Get Chrome Extension" (or the appropriate option for your browser).
   • Follow the prompts to add the MetaMask extension to your browser.
   • Once installed, you'll see the MetaMask icon (a fox's face) added to your browser toolbar.
4. Click on MetaMask Icon: Click on the MetaMask icon in your browser toolbar to open the extension.
5. Login to MetaMask:
   • If you've previously logged in, MetaMask will prompt you to enter your password.
   • Enter your password and click on "Unlock".
   • If you're logging in for the first time or on a new device, you'll need to restore your wallet using your secret backup phrase (seed phrase).
   • Follow the instructions provided by MetaMask to restore your wallet and set up a new password.
6. Access Your MetaMask Account: Once logged in, you can manage your Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens, interact with decentralized applications (DApps), and view transaction history directly through the MetaMask extension.
